Erie, Pennsylvania is usually more known for being a very snowy place, due to lake effect snow from Lake Erie. They do though eventually get to summer and have a minor league baseball team playing in the Eastern League, the Seawolves.
We made the day trip up to Erie for a game at their newer stadium, Jerry Ute Park. The park is at the edge of downtown, and is a pleasant enough place to take in a game.
