In 2008 the Pittsburgh Penguins made the Stanley Cup Finals for the first time since 1992, this time against the Detroit Red Wings. We had the opportunity to go a game, which they unfortunately lost. To make it worse, they lost that years cup finals. To make it even worse I had a nice SLR camera stolen at the game.
At least in 2009 they made it back to the finals and won.
Still it really cool to see a Stanley Cup finals game in the Igloo, the atmosphere both outside and inside was great.
