While most tourists that are in Pittsburgh head up one of the two inclines up Mount Washington for their Pittsburgh view, in my opinion the best views are easily from West End Overlook. Because it is hidden in a neighborhood off the beaten path, not nearly as many people make it up to the park for the views.
Pittsburgh is known to have more bridges than any other city, and by these views you will get a sense why.
