Scranton, PA – June 2012 – Steamtown National Historic Park

The Steamtown National Historic Site is a railroad museum in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Located at the site of a railyard for the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, it is owned by the National Park Service.

The museum has a working turntable and roundhouse. While the roundhouse was built in 1932, many of the buildings date from the turn of the century.

Also located on the grounds is a trolley museum.
