Some say that Colonia, Uruguay’s collection of old cars plying the streets of the small tourist town rival Havana. Having never been to Cuba I can’t say for sure, but it is a treat to see the random collection of vintage cars in varying states along with the stylish architecture.
It is only 30 miles across the Rio de la Plata from Buenos Aires, but it feels like another world.
